2. Assembly Before First Use
⚠️ Keep the machine unplugged during assembly. Wash every food-contact part with warm water and mild dish soap, then air dry before you begin.
Step 1: Learn the main unit layout
The front holds the dispensing outlet and handle. The transparent bowl sits on top, lock knobs are on both sides, and the built-in drip tray slot is at the bottom.
Step 2: Remove the mixing head (if pre-installed)
Rotate the mixing head counter-clockwise to remove it.
Step 3: Remove the handle, spring, and pin
- Lift the spring and pull the first pin out from the bottom (keep your fingers clear of the spring).
- Pull out the second pin, then remove the handle.
Step 4: Remove the silicone ring and drip tray
- Take off the silicone seal ring at the back of the bowl.
- Slide the built-in drip tray out from the bottom.
Step 5: Install the inner piston
Insert the inner piston into the bowl, making sure the opening at the top of the piston lines up with the opening in the bowl. This step determines whether the handle can be installed correctly.
Step 6: Install the handle
Align the black connector of the handle with the openings in the bowl and piston, and keep the spring on the outside of the bowl.
Step 7: Insert the pin to lock
Lift the spring and push the pin back into its locking hole. If the spring is tight, use a small tool to assist and avoid pinching your fingers.
Step 8: Reinstall the drip tray and silicone ring
- Push the drip tray back to the bottom.
- Reinstall the silicone ring, ensuring a flush fit with no gaps.
Step 9: Install the mixing head
Align it with the slot and rotate gently — a "click" means it is seated.
Step 10: Install the transparent bowl and lock it
Mount the bowl back onto the main unit and tighten the side knobs until locked.
Step 11: Install the external drip tray (optional)
Some models include an external drip tray that mounts below the dispensing outlet. Install it based on your needs.
3. Pre-Power Checklist
Before plugging in, confirm each item:
- Inner piston opening aligned with the bowl opening
- Handle pin fully inserted, spring in correct position
- Silicone ring seated flush — no lifting or misalignment
- Drip tray pushed all the way to the bottom
- Mixing head rotated into place with an audible click
- Transparent bowl locked via both side knobs
- External drip tray (if installed) sits steady
Once everything checks out, plug in the machine, power it on, and add your prepared slush mix for a test run.
4. First Batch: Ingredient Tips
|
Consideration |
Detail |
|
Sugar content |
Must be above 4% — too little sugar impairs freezing |
|
Alcoholic drinks |
Keep alcohol between 2.8%–16% ABV |
|
Fill level |
Fill to the recommended line; do not overfill |
|
Sugar-free drinks |
See the alternative options in the recipe booklet |
5. Five Modes & Use Cases
|
Mode |
Best for |
|
🍦 Ice cream |
Rich, creamy soft-serve |
|
🧊 Slush |
Classic juice slush, milk-tea slush |
|
🍹 Frozen cocktail |
Frozen margarita, frozen sangria |
|
🍊 Frozen juice |
Refreshing chilled fresh juice |
|
🥤 Milkshake |
Thick, creamy milkshake |
After you pick a mode, the machine automatically sets the optimal time and temperature — it's ready to serve in about 15 minutes.
6. Consistency Adjustment (10 Levels)
- Levels 1–3: Thin & light — ideal for iced drinks and frozen juice
- Levels 4–6: Medium — the everyday slush sweet spot
- Levels 7–10: Thick & creamy — best for soft-serve and milkshakes
The machine remembers your last setting, so there's no need to re-adjust next time.
7. Cleaning & Maintenance
Daily cleaning (after every use):
- Pour in water with a drop of dish soap.
- Press the self-clean button — the machine cleans itself automatically.
- Remove the dishwasher-safe parts (lid, drip tray, mixing head, bowl) and wash them in the dishwasher (safe up to 60°C / 140°F).
Periodic maintenance:
- Check the silicone ring's elasticity every 3–6 months; replace it once it ages.
- For long-term storage, empty the bowl and dry it thoroughly to prevent bacterial growth.
